Building Surveys and Pre-purchase Surveys undertaken by a fully qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor in France. The Survey Report details any defects and needs or repair, ranked in terms of importance and with illustrative photos, advice and recommendations. The service includes a follow up call to discuss the findings of the Survey Report and any questions that you may have.

I provide you with a quotation and Scope for the provision of the Building Survey, taking account of the property size and construction.
If you wish to proceed, I arrange access, undertake the Survey Inspection and forward the Survey Report to you, (either PDF file sent by email or hard copy).
We have a follow up phone call (or video call if you prefer) to discuss any questions that you may have in respect of the Survey Report findings and next steps.
